Our Director of Events is looking for part-time, reduced full-time, and full-time F&B Team Members to join the Charlotte City Club team in Uptown Charlotte who are passionate about food and beverage, customer service, hospitality, and looking for a place to learn more about fine dining. If you are hardworking, have a positive attitude, and love people we have a place for you on our team...no experience required!

Compensation:
$11 / hr base pay to start with increase after completion of different levels of training

All A La Carte Service receives an automatic 20% service charge for all sales which is distributed to staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a houseman, host/hostess, food runner, bar back, bartender, and / or server preferred, but absolutely not required - we will train the right person!
  • Open availability preferred to work our current days / hours of operation
  • Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, desire to learn required
