Job Description:
- Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of banquet menus for events ranging from small gatherings to larger events both social, corporate and club events.
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize menus that align with themes, budgets, and dietary needs.
- Oversee all banquet kitchen operations, including production, ordering, sanitation
- Ensure timely service and seamless coordination with front-of-house teams during events.
- Manage food costs and minimize waste while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Stay ahead of culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques into banquet offerings.
Compensation:
pay $25/hr
Schedule:
Full availability needed during week. Schedule changes based on events. 35-40 hour work week, overtime possible during busy season.
